The story of this six-year-old boy from Alabama is unbelievable. Gabe Marsh was born with birth defects. He had no legs and only one arm. He was lucky to be adopted by Marshes family, who accepted over 60 children with "special needs".

One thing Ann and Ed Marshes doubted about was the ability of Gabe to swim, as most kids who had been through their home were members of the Guntersville swim team. It took Ann by surprise to see Gabe swimming last summer. Since then he has managed to improve his results, and he now swims for the Guntersville swim team.

In response to pressure from poaching and to worldwide decreases in salmon stocks, some 24,000 square kilometers (9,300 sq mi) along nine of the more productive salmon rivers are in the process of being set aside as a nature preserve.

 TAYAR komponen paling utama dan terpenting bagi sesebuah kenderaan. Jika rosak, ia boleh menyebabkan kemalangan, sekali gus mengancam nyawa pemandu dan penumpang tanpa diduga.

Cuba periksa tayar kereta anda. Perhatikan di antara satu bunga tayar dengan satu bunga tayar lain terdapat satu penyambung. Jika penyambung itu mempunyai ketinggian yang sama dengan bunga, ini bermakna ia perlu ditukar dalam tempoh tiga hingga empat bulan, bergantung kepada sekerap mana anda menggunakan kenderaan.

PERTAMA

Pilih saiz yang sesuai dengan keupayaan kereta kita. Maklumat ini kita boleh gunakan untuk tujuan keselamatan. Mengikut piawaian tayar antarabangsa, ia hanya boleh bertahan selama dua tahun selepas dikilangkan.

KETIGA

Mengenai saiz, cuba perhatikan rangkaian nombor dan huruf yang tercetak timbul di permukaan tepi tayar. Sebagai contoh 205/50 VR 16 bermaksud tayar itu mempunyai kelebaran 205 mm, ketebalan (dari rim ke permukana jalan) adalah 50 peratus daripada kelebaran 205 mm dan untuk kegunaan rim bersaiz 16 inci. Huruf VR bermaksud, tayar itu sesuai untuk kelajuan sehingga 240 km/j tanpa menjejaskan kekuatan dan ketahanan tayar.

KEEMPAT

Kebanyakan kita lebih suka memilih tayar import. Bagaimanapun, kebanyakan tayar berkenaan dibuat berdasarkan iklim dan apabila digunakan di Malaysia yang panas terik, jangka hayatnya lebih pendek.

KELIMA

Tayar sepatutnya ditukar kedudukannya setiap tiga bulan. Caranya, tayar depan kiri ditukarkan ke kanan belakang dan tayar depan kanan ditukarkan ke kiri belakang.

KEENAM

Sekiranya kadar kehausan bunga di bahagian tepi kiri dan kanan lebih cepat berbanding di tengah, ini bermaksud selama tekanan angin tayar kurang.

  Sebenarnya, setiap tayar mempunyai maklumat yang terperinci berhubung jenis, saiz dan keumpamaan, termasuk minggu dan tahun keluaran. sesiapa saja dapat memahami maklumat ini untuk membuat pilihan tayar yang tepat bagi kenderaan mereka. cara paling tepat memahaminya adalah dengan memilih satu contoh tayar dan menelitinya sedikit demi sedikit.

Di bawah ini adalah panduan untuk makna nombor yang paling penting bagi sebuah tayar. Sebagai contoh, kita akan teliti nombor berikut: 175/70R13 82H. Nombor 175 yang pertama dalam siri merujuk kepada lebar itu dalam milimeter, iaitu jarak diukur dari sisi ke sisi. biasanya jika lebih besar nilai angka ini lebih lebar tayar itu. Nombor 70 menyatakan nisbah aspek (aspact ratio) tayar atau ketinggian tayar berbanding dengan kelebaran tayar itu.

Huruf "R" merujuk kepada binaan tayar radial dan kesemua tayar kereta menggunakan binaan radial sejak 20 tahun lalu. Tayar binaan radial tidak mempunyai tiub dan memberi prestasi lebih bagus. Angka 13 merujuk kepada garis pusat (diameter) rim untuk membolehkan tayar dimuatkan. Jika ingin menukar kepada tayar dengan diameter lebih besar, anda juga perlu menukar rim kepada diameter sama.

Nombor 82 melambangkan indek keupayaan mengangkut berat tayar itu. Untuk mengetahui berat maksima melambangkan nombor "82" kami perlu merujuk kepada carta "index keupayaan mengangkut tayar berat" yang ditetapkan diperingkat antarabangsa. sebagai contoh, nombor 82 bermakna tayar mampu memikiu berat maksima 475 kilogram. Berat maksima meujuk kepada setiap tayar, kita perlu darabkan 4 kali untuk memperolehi kapasiti memikul berat kenderaan dengan empat tayar. (contoh: 475 x 4 = 1900 kg)

Huruf "H" yang terakhir adalah menyatakan kelajuan maksima bagi sesebuah tayar yang direka. Taraf kelajuan H dalam contoh bermakna bahawa tayar ini boleh mencapai dan mengekalkan kelajuan sejauh 210 km/j. Dibawah adalah senarai carta kelajuan maksimum seperti yang dilambang oleh setiap huruf abjad.

Sesekali menyendiri kita seakan-akan ingin merubah takdir agar kita bisa hidup bahagia seperti orang lain sedangkan takdir itulah yang kita harapkan sewaktu kita menempa jalan membina kemewahan.Kita melihat ada yang cuma hidup sederhana tapi dilimpahi dengan kasih sayang dan hati kita berkata kenapa kita tidak dikurniakan kebahagian seperti mereka.Kita kembali rindukan gurau senda yang pernah kita nikmati, kita kembali mencari kemana hilangnya tawa mesra dan belaian manja lantas kita berkata andai dapat diundur masa ingin kita letakkan kasih dan sayang itu kembali berada di tempatnya. Akhirnya kita perlu akui bahawa sesungguhnya Allah itu maha adil, dilebihkan buat kita satu bahagian dan dikurangkan pula satu lagi bahagian agar kita tidak terus leka dan lupa untuk bersyukur kepadanya.Bersyukur kerana dikurniakan dan dilimpahi rezeki olehnya biarpun kebahagian dan kasih sayang itu masih belum menjadi milik kita.

Harta bukan segalanya biar setinggi gunung ia terbina, ia akan kembali susut apabila dikikis tetapi kasih sayang tidak akan terhenti ibarat air sungai yang mengalir tanpa henti.Cedoklah ia apabila terasa dahaga dan ternyata bila diri disayangi itulah kalimah yang lebih bermakna kerana tanpanya hidup kita terasa bagaikan tidak sempurna.Setiap insan yang bernyawa berhak untuk hidup bahagia maka berusahalah agar kebahagian turut menjadi milik kita.Saya tetap menyayangi awak walaupun awak tidak berharta.
